Grand Kumbh Mela Exhibition and Exam Discussion Held at Gurukul Montessori School
On December 27, 2024, Gurukul Montessori School, Shantipuram, Phaphamau, Prayagraj, hosted a grand exhibition and discussion on the Kumbh Mela, titled "Divya Kumbh Bhavya Kumbh." The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Divyakant Shukla, former secretary of the UP Board and regional president of Vidya Bharti.

Distinguished Guests and Participants
The event was attended by the school's chairman, former IPS Mr. Kripa Shankar Singh; director Mr. Veerendra Singh; co-director Mr. Ritij Vikram Singh; principal Mrs. Amita Mishra; vice-principal Mrs. Alka Agarwal; Dr. Vandana Singh; and all teachers and students.

Student Exhibits and Performances
As part of the Mahakumbh awareness program, students decorated the exhibition venue using charts, cutouts, and bulletins. They showcased important information about the Kumbh Mela, including rules and guidelines for devotees, emergency contact numbers, sanitation and security arrangements, and environmental conservation efforts. Students also presented posters and charts highlighting the religious, cultural, and historical significance of the Kumbh Mela.

Cultural Performances
The event began with a musical performance by the school's choir group, singing a song about the glory of the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela. Students created a colorful rangoli display featuring the themes of Divya Kumbh, Mahakumbh, and Digital Kumbh, including depictions of Shivlay Park, Arail Ghat, and Nagvasuki Temple.

Kalash Sthapana and Fire Area Display
A kalash, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, was installed in the school premises. In the fire area, students displayed a creative model of the Kumbh Mela, featuring all 13 akharas, the Shankaracharya tradition, the 12 Jyotirlingas, the royal bath of Naga sadhus, and various facilities available to devotees.

Distinguished Guest's Address
The chief guest, Mr. Divyakant Shukla, praised the exhibition and addressed the students. As part of the "Pariksha Pe Charcha" initiative, he shared valuable tips with 10th and 12th-grade students on how to perform well in their board exams. Students discussed their concerns and queries with him, and he provided satisfactory answers.

Conclusion
The session was highly interactive and engaging. The event concluded with a sense of accomplishment and pride among the students, teachers, and staff of Gurukul Montessori School.
